Building on the success of our first book, we published the second volume in the Psychologia Series, which focused on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related conditions. Written in Kurdish, this book aimed to provide scientific, yet accessible information on OCD, including symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and coping mechanisms.
The topics for this book were determined by the Editor-in-Chief, Dyari S. Hama Amin, who carefully selected mental health professionals to contribute. Each expert was given guidance on style, citation, and content coverage to maintain high academic and professional standards. After completion, the book underwent multiple reviews, including a final language review by a Kurdish author to ensure clarity and accuracy.
With 1,000 copies printed, this book helped bridge the gap in public understanding of OCD and provided valuable guidance for both individuals and professionals.
