The Vejiyan Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Unit is a specialized division within KARA Organization. Established in 2025, following the integration of Psychologia Group with KARA Organization, the unit works to promote mental well-being, provide culturally adapted MHPSS services, & build the capacity of mental health professionals and community members.
