To ensure widespread access to mental health resources, we conducted a large-scale distribution campaign of the translated self-help guides. With financial support from the Governor of Sulaymaniyah, we printed and distributed 600 copies among:
Students at Koya University – Raising awareness among the younger generation
Residents of Koya – Providing accessible support for those directly affected by the attacks
By delivering these resources for free, this initiative helped normalize discussions around mental health and encouraged help-seeking behaviors among the community.
