The Political, Economic and Security Repercussions of Israel-Iran War on the Kurdistan Region

There is no doubt that the Israel-Iran war has many different repercussions and results, as it leaves major impacts on the political map and the economic and security situation in Iraq and Kurdistan. Some of these repercussions have shown signs, while others will appear gradually. When the war ends, a major change will appear in the scene. It may be too early to provide an accurate reading of these repercussions, but it is necessary with regard to the Kurdistan region to conduct analysis and present expectations in parallel with the development of events. This analytical report represents an attempt to understand the repercussions at the political, economic and security levels, which was prepared during the period from June 19 to 20, 2025.
