
Research title: Factors Associated with Burnout and Mental Health Problems among the Personnel of Non-governmental Organizations in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq
In humanitarian and social change contexts, burnout is a significant occupational hazard, particularly in middle- and low-income countries where resources for mental health support are limited. This study explores the prevalence and associated factors of burnout and mental health issues among employees working in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Current Status: This study is currently under peer review. Once published, it will contribute empirical evidence to the growing discourse on occupational burnout and mental health interventions in humanitarian and civil society settings.
